Join us for a two-part community initiative dedicated to fighting hunger and supporting families in need across our region.

Part 1: Food Drive

📍 Metairie Office Lobby: 3500 N Causeway Blvd   Metairie, LA 70002

We invite you to participate in our food drive by donating non-perishable food items. A donation bin will be conveniently located in the lobby of our Metairie office throughout the duration of the drive. Lobby hours for drop off are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Every contribution helps make a difference in the lives of local families. Please ensure the following: no expired or unlabeled items, no home-canned goods and no glass containers.

Part 2: Volunteer Day at Second Harvest Food Bank

Come roll up your sleeves and join us for a rewarding volunteer experience at Second Harvest Food Bank. Together, we’ll help sort, pack, and distribute food to those who need it most.
