He brings nearly two decades of experience helping business owners and is also an active community leader focused on advancing financial literacy and mentorship. Chase’s leadership and volunteer contributions have earned recognition including the BestPrep Bunzel Volunteer of the Year Award (2018), Twin Cities Business Notable Leader in Finance (2021), and Invest in Others Volunteer of the Year Honorable Mention (2024).

Steven Nootbaar, CEPA, CRPS

Drawing on a background in analytics, operations, and systems design, he helps identify and resolve the hidden strain that builds as companies grow and owners become the central point of execution.

Robert Franko, CPA
Robert is a CPA in Georgia and an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. His unconventional path - from high school dropout, steadfast underdog, and VCR repairman to CPA, EA, and ex-police officer - shaped his practical, investigative approach to solving complex tax matters. He brings experience from the IRS, KPMG, and the State of Ohio in tax, compliance, and financial reporting.
