Guest Speaker: Sarah Parkins
Sarah Parkins is a High Performance Advisor, Business Consultant, and founder of Birch Cove. She works with experienced executives, founders, and the businesses they lead — supporting the cognitive, emotional, and physiological capital required for clarity, resilience, and high quality decision-making under sustained pressure.
Across a 25-year career spanning the private rail sector, UK government-contracted technology infrastructure, and institutional finance in London and New York, Sarah has operated in environments where the stakes are high and the margin for error is low. She later founded and led investor-backed businesses in the United States and understands firsthand the demands placed on those whose decisions carry consequence.
Her work addresses the biological and behavioral foundations of sustained high performance — stress load, cognitive bandwidth, and the cumulative effects of prolonged pressure on performance and vitality. She holds certifications in integrative health coaching and energy work, and helps individuals build the internal capacity to lead effectively and carry responsibility over the long term.
Based in New York and Connecticut, Sarah works with a domestic and international client base and serves on the Americas Board of the University of York's U.S. 501(c)(3).
