Professional Life

My passion is to financially empower women, young professionals, young families, and the LGBTQ community.  I have been with C&A Financial Group my entire life.  Yes, you read that correctly; however, it is because of my personal connection to C&A.  C&A Financial Group is a family-owned organization that was founded in the 1980s by my father, Frank Congilose.  It has been an amazing experience to work alongside him and learn from his extensive experience in his 40+ year career in the industry.  I have professionally been with C&A for 8 years, joining shortly upon graduating from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in 2013. 

My original career path was Early Childhood Education with a dual degree in STEM.  Although I am now in finance, I still find myself educating, just in a different capacity to a different audience (not 6 -year-olds).  What I love about having ended up in this role (a completely different career/industry), is how I can still have such a meaningful and impactful role in someone's life.  I have been able to work alongside many of the industry's finest; educating individuals and families on the importance of strategic planning and cash flow.  

Personal Life

When I am out of the office, I love spending time with my family!  We love traveling and cannot wait for our future adventures together.  A few of our favorite destinations are Aruba, Boston, San Diego, Nashville, and of course Disney!  We also are looking forward to a family trip to Europe one day.

We are also on a mission to visit every MLB park and try to check one or two new ones off our list every summer.  Although I am a die-hard New York Mets fan, I truly love the game of baseball and softball.  I was a member of the TCNJ Softball team in college and love watching the Women's College World Series every spring.  A few more of my favorite things include golfing, fishing, working out, and crafting.
