Orlando has worked in the financial services industry since 2005, joining Navy Federal Investment Services in 2024. He focuses on helping members in assessing, and building their financial goals through investment education, personalized strategies, and holistic financial planning. Orlando holds a B.S.in systems engineering from the Metropolitan University of Venezuela and an MBA from the George Washington University. He resides in Miami, FL with his wife and children.
